ZOOP is a collaboration between Open Door Charity, Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP), Happy Times Activities, RAWD (Random Acts of Wildness Disability), Be Well Learning and Resilient (NW) CIC. We have come together to create an autism hub. The purpose of the hub will be to offer a range of activities that anyone aged 18+ on the waiting list, can access to support their mental wellbeing while they are waiting for assessment.

Be Well Learning works with all organisations to help them understand and support their workforce with a wide range of disabilities including mental health issues. This course allows participants to learn about resilience and the effect stress has on wellbeing. Through a series of exercises and activities.
