The 0-19 Health and Wellbeing Service is structured around the national Healthy Child Programme and provides support for children, young people and their families. Support begins during pregnancy and continues until the child reaches the age of 19.
Family Hubs are designed to bring the community together and offer a ‘one stop’ shop for children and families in Wirral, re-defining the way families connect with support and local services all under one roof.
Developmental reviews
A review of your child’s development is offered by the 0-19 Health Visiting Team, Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.
