Capa First Response offers a free weekly online session via Zoom for parents and carers affected by child-to-parent aggression.
Each event lasts 1 hour and features a Q&A session with specialist practitioners, providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for anyone affected by child-to-parent aggression and harmful behaviours.
Capa First Response understand how difficult it can be for families to reach out for help. Many parents and carers worry about being judged, not being believed, or blamed for what is happening at home. Others feel anxious about joining groups or being recognised by someone they know. These fears can often leave families feeling isolated and unsupported for long periods of time.
The drop-in has been designed to gently remove those barriers and help families feel safer accessing support. The session is practitioner-led, and participants can listen and ask questions through the chat function only.
To maintain confidentiality and create a secure environment:
This quieter, more contained format helps families access thoughtful, compassionate guidance without feeling exposed or overwhelmed.
