Fit By Football is a service where we help young individuals escape their social media devices, get outside and also educate them around nutrious food and what qualities certain food types possess rather than them seeing food as “healthy” and “unhealthy”. They will also be coached through practices to increase their fitness capabilities as well as their technical & tactical understanding of football whilst making every minute as fun and engaging as possible.
