Females First is a wellbeing group for any woman in the community, with a focus on reducing isolation and building confidence to learn new skills, particularly for mums. They offer craft sessions, access to the gym and courses through external learning providers. Children are welcome at all of the groups and volunteers are on hand to entertain the children whilst mums participate.
