Females First is a wellbeing group for any woman in the community, with a focus on reducing isolation and building confidence to learn new skills, particularly for mums. They offer craft sessions, access to the gym and courses through external learning providers. Children are welcome at all of their groups and volunteers are on hand to entertain the children whilst mums participate.
As the majority of the females that go along are mums, during the school holidays they arrange to meet up on days out, picnics in the park and visiting local attractions.
Females First are a really welcoming group of women from all walks of life. Go along and meet them.
