We deliver a range of structured and meaningful projects to improve vulnerable children and adults quality of life and the communities that they live in. Community Capacity Builders CIC was established to meet the needs of the growing number of communities and organisations that lacked the skills, delivery, experience and expertise to develop and grow.
Our Main Focus
Our main focus is to provide funded seasonal work to deliver a range of health, wellbeing, sports and educational projects and services to those vulnerable children and adults that we work with throughout the Liverpool City Region.
We have 3 key themes that we focus our delivery on:
1. Physical Health
2. Mental Health
3. Financial Health
We have over 40 years combined experience of working with charities/not for profit organisations ranging from children and young people, mental health, sports, physical activity and cancer patient care. Our experienced and expert team of seasonal staff work alongside a range of partner agencies and service users to help create, manage, deliver and develop projects to vulnerable children and adults. This includes working with the local community and partner agencies; including local police, and PCSO's, schools, youth services, NHS, Wirral CCG, GP's and other relevant agencies to offer and deliver supported interventions designed to help combat the problems these communities deal with.
Through our CIC, we are committed to improving the places and spaces that matter to communities by helping children and adults and organisations improve their health, well being and quality of life.
This is aimed at vulnerable children and adults.
