This August will see the Hamilton Square Community picnic taking place. This is a free family-friendly event with the aim of having family fun, enjoying some play and music. You are also encouraged to share any ideas and thoughts on Pride in Place.
Pride in Place is a UK-wide programme investing £20 million over 10 years in Central Birkenhead. This long-term investment is to support communities in shaping their place and addressing local priorities.

There will also be events taking place in the surrounding areas, such as sketch & story drop-in sessions in Birkenhead Town Hall giving you the chance to get creative,
Make It Happen is a community hub, retail shop and social supermarket situated in Market Street and Argyle Street in Birkenhead. They are there for everyone in the local community.
