If you need housing related support to help establish, maintain or prevent the loss of accommodation then the Wirral Support Service from The Whitechapel Centre can help.
This service prevents homelessness, supports people to access accommodation (resettlement), maintain their home and make improvements to health & well-being.
Support is tailored to meet individual needs and may include:
The Whitechapel Centre is the leading homeless and housing charity for the Liverpool region. They work with people who are sleeping rough, living in hostels or struggling to manage their accommodation. They are committed to helping people find and maintain a home and learn the life skills essential for independent living.
Who is it aimed at?
Anyone aged 16 or over with a Wirral connection
When:
Supported Housing teams are available Monday to Friday

9:00 to 5:00pm
