Where you are now is not where you will always be. There are Brighter Days Ahead
Brighter Days Ahead is a mental health and well-being service. We specialise in delivering Drawing and Talking and sand play as 1:1 support as well as Drawing and Talking group work.
We are passionate about supporting children, young people and adults who may have faced, or are facing challenging and traumatic times.
The Dash Project
The Brighter Days Ahead team are so pleased to share with you our latest initiative, The Dash Project.
We are inspired by the significance of the small dash (-) that symbolises everything from our beginning to our end. We are driven by the belief that every person has the right to a positive, loving, safe and fulfilling ‘dash’.
We are offering 1:1 and group support for children aged 5 to 16 years old and will work together to build confidence, growth and embrace positive change.
Participants will learn new life skills that promote self care and will be supported to explore and process their experiences whilst engaging in therapeutic activities.
Who is this aimed at?
This is aimed at young survivors of domestic abuse aged 5 to 16 years old.
When
If you are a parent, carer, educational setting or charity who knows a young person who will benefit from The Dash Project, contact us to find out how they can access this fully funded support.
