Through engaging activities and discussion, The Crossing Point’s age-appropriate SAFE workshops help children understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships.
The 45-minute sessions teach youngsters how to recognise different behaviours and the impact these can have, as well as building self-respect and the confidence to speak up and ask for help.
The workshops are delivered by experienced and friendly facilitators, in a safe space for children to learn, share and ask questions.
The Crossing Point seeks to help restore those whose lives have been impacted by domestic abuse and see them living in hope. Using a holistic approach, they provide personalised support, group recovery programmes and outreach.
They are working to see the generational cycle of domestic abuse broken, raising awareness through teaching and training within communities.
