S.C.O.R.E (Supporting Career Opportunities, Recruitment and Employment) is an Everton in the Community programme which works with young people aged 16 to 30 from across the Liverpool City Region by providing training, employment support and recruitment into jobs and apprenticeships in the health and social care sector.
The programme is funded by The Princes Trust and aims to support young people to access opportunities across the broad spectrum of jobs within the sector. Working alongside key partners and employers, this programme will equip young people to access jobs in health care and support services but also those that help the industry to operate and function, such as IT, catering, finance, administration, facilities management, or logistics.
Who is this aimed at?
This programme is aimed at 16 to 30 year olds.
When
There is a group session planned for Tuesdays, which can be offered and accessed once the young person has completed their expression of interest form.
Where
The face-to-face session is delivered at The Hub on Spellow Lane, Everton, L4 4EL
Time
The Tuesday sessions are 10am to 3pm, however, most of the programme can be online and is tailored to the person, whether they are working, in college or university or volunteering.
Cost
There are no costs involved in accessing the programme of support.
This support is free for all.
