If you’re looking for a reason to quit smoking this is it.
This site has been created to help mums-to-be in the Cheshire and Merseyside area to experience a smokefree pregnancy, and by doing so give their child a healthier start to life.
If you’re here to quit, well done for taking the first step. When you stop smoking it will be your achievement, you will have done it thanks to your own hard-work and determination, and it will be something to be proud of. But a helping hand is always useful, so we’re here to support you along the way. Here you can find facts about the benefits of quitting, resources to help you build your own Quit Kit, and advice on local services available in your area.
Even if you’ve struggled to quit in the past, or find it hard this time, keep going, you can do it.
Quitting is tough, but support is available.
Search our Help is Here page to find out how to access your free local stop smoking service and get the support you need.
You can also contact your Midwife, Family Nurse, Health Visitor, GP or Pharmacist for more information and advice.
Remember, accessing free help from your local stop smoking service, will mean you’re three times more likely to quit than if you try to do it on your own.
Build your Quit Kit
