Tailored Yarn Memories brings comfort and healing to bereaved families through stories and artwork that preserves memories to guide them through grieving. Tailored Yarn Memories wants to work collaboratively with local authors to deliver creative writing and illustration workshops in schools, libraries and the community to ease the pain of grief and promote healing and resiliency to young people under ten.
Legacy Painting Workshops
These are delivered locally usually in hospices but we are starting to work in community centres. These classes are for beginners with no watercolour experience necessary as we guide you through the process.
Individuals have found it to be a very therapeutic process. We also offer professional training to staff in the grief and bereavement sector to deliver these workshops nationally.
Who is this aimed at?
We help children of all ages and our legacy painting workshops are available for adults as well.
