How to get involved

To get involved phone the national helpline number. On Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6pm and 10pm, we provide more specialised support. At these times, the helpline is staffed by FNF volunteers who have experience with some of the problems that you might be facing. They may be able to give you information that will enable you to progress your situation or simply to listen if you want a sympathetic ear.
