Are you a parent or carer living in Wirral with a child aged 0 to 12? Would you like some extra support to give your child the best start in life?

HENRY (Health, Exercise, Nutrition for the Really Young) is here to help! Whether you’re expecting a baby or have children up to the age of 12, HENRY offers free, friendly support to help you feel more confident and build healthy, happy routines at home.

The programmes are designed to make family life easier, covering everything from fussy eating and managing behaviour to family routines, emotional wellbeing and getting active together.

There are regular HENRY workshops that take place at your local Family Hub. The workshops help you build your confidence as a parent and give you practical tools you can use straight away with quick tips on topics like starting solids, fussy eating and more.
