Equilibrium North West CIC works to create better balance to reduce health and wellbeing related inequalities. We work to reduce disadvantages to groups and individuals most at risk; to find solutions to help them have the same chances and experiences as their peers. We also give people a voice through social research and finding out what people’s experiences, wishes and needs are. We then design projects, workshops and interventions with those people in mind.
Happy Minds Positivity Club
Equilibrium North West in partnership with the amazing Positivity Club has a very special after school club; truly amazing for supporting children and young people with their wellbeing.
Techniques for our young people to develop a positive sense of ‘self’, through creativity, expression and media; to meet others and develop strong, healthy minds.
All welcome from ages 3 to 18
