Whatever you’re experiencing, Stop.Breathe.Think. has partnered with AJ Bell Futures Foundation to provide essential support to young people.
Through our service, you can access up to six free online counselling sessions with one of our lovely trained counsellors. The first step is to book in for a first intake appointment so that we can have an informal chat to get to know you better. Whatever you’re struggling with, talking to someone can really help. Nothing is too big or too small.
All appointments will take place online at a time and day that best suits you.
Who is this aimed at?
To access counselling with Stop.Breathe.Think. you must:
- Be between the ages of 8-21 years.
- Be able to provide us with an emergency contact detail who is over the age of 18, if you are under 16 this must be a parent or legal guardian.
- You must not have accessed our service before, or currently be in counselling elsewhere.
- Please note that all funded spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
When
When you book your first session you can select a day and a time that works for you/your young person
Time
Please allow 30-50 minutes for the appointment
Where
This appointment will be a simple Zoom call (you can have your camera on or off) to explain the service. If you'd like to continue we can get you signed up at the same time
