Lifelong Learning offers adults an opportunity to access a range of courses that are specifically designed to encourage and develop: a love of learning, new skills, self-development and personal growth, access to new subjects and basic qualifications in your chosen subject.
We are Wirral Council’s Adult Learning Service, we offer courses for adults (19+).
Building Strength as a Parent Carer
A short course to discuss the day-to-day life of a parent carer and what that involves. Looking at the workload and the ways we can look after ourselves and our Family. How being a parent carer can mean that we have additional challenges and examples of how to build strength.

If you’re unemployed, in receipt of benefits or earn less than £35864.40 annual gross salary, our courses are completely free.
English, Maths, English for Speakers of Other Languages, Family Learning and Essential Digital Skills courses are free for everyone.
Many of our courses are free to everyone, but some have a fee. For courses with a fee, if you are on an income-based benefit you are entitled to pay a reduced cost, please enquire for further details.
