Autism Workshops for Autistic People

We offer courses specifically aimed at autistic adults who want to develop their own understanding of autism and how it might affect them. The course is delivered by our award-winning Learning Culture Team.

The workshops cover:

• Developing your understanding of Autism
• Better understand and build communication confidence
• Sensory differences
• Feelings, emotion and positive approaches to anxiety
• Relationships and sexuality
• Staying safe online
• Employment and reasonable adjustments

Each 90-minute workshop is bookable for just £10.68, these take place on Thursday afternoons from 1:30pm to 3:00pm on various dates throughout the year.
