If your child is worrying about going to school

  1. Talk to them about what they’re finding the most worrying.
  2. Talk to the school to find out what’s happening and what can be done to make things easier for your child.
  3. Help your child build up healthy coping strategies like using a worry journal or talking to you about their problems- whatever works best for them.
