The Lighthouse Centre Wirral is a safe, warm and friendly space for women and children who have or are experiencing domestic abuse. They provide a drop in service Monday to Thursday 9:30am until 3pm where they offer independent advocacy, risk assessment and safety planning.
There are specialist workshops and programmes that run throughout the week to support women and children and to help them navigate toward a safe and positive future. No appointment is necessary to visit the centre and all services are free.

The Centre offers a drop-in service, offering an advocacy service, risk assessment and safety planning. This includes the Lotus programme peer to peer support during R & R sessions and weekly coffee mornings.
