stem4

stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and those who support them including their families and carers, education professionals, as well as school nurses and GPs through the provision of mental health education, resilience strategies and early intervention.

 

This is primarily provided digitally through our innovative education programme, pioneering mental health apps, clinically-informed website and mental health conferences that contribute to helping young people and those around them flourish.

 

Who is this aimed at?

When

Our resources (apps, websites, etc.) can be accessed at any time. 

 

Time 

For customer support, our opening hours are 9am to 5pm on weekdays and we are closed at weekends. (Please note: unfortunately, stem4 does not offer a telephone, text or counselling service. So, much as we would love to help you, please do not send us any personal questions or queries. In an emergency, please contact the emergency services in your area).

 

Cost

The information on our website, our apps, and our educational programme (Head Ed) are all free of charge.

 

How to get involved

Our apps (Calm Harm, Clear Fear, Combined Minds, and Move Mood) can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play.
