North Star Reflex Integration supporting children and young people through RMT (rhythmic movement training).
Reflex integration is a movement programme designed to mimic infant movement patterns, inhibit baby reflexes and establish lifelong reflexes.
It can be done individually or in groups and is suitable for babies, children and adults.
Reflex Integration is not a ‘quick fix’ but when the programme is followed consistently you can see significant changes, this is because reflexes are part of the foundations of development.
Children and young people who potentially have gaps in their development. Areas of challenge might include emotional regulation, academic progress, social skills and fine motor development.
RMT assessments are followed by monthly appointments
