hatch is for children aged 8-16yrs, looking for early help and support for emotional wellbeing, worry, generalised low to moderate anxiety, low mood and depression.
Hatch offer three skills-based programmes; including CBT principles, mindfulness and weekly tasks to be completed at home. Programmes are designed to develop an understanding of self, our thoughts and emotions, and equip children with the skills and tools they need to make positive changes and build resilience.
A programme will be allocated to each child based on their needs, age and emotional understanding.
The programmes are delivered by our team of wellbeing coaches and volunteer mentors who are trained in delivering them. Children will be paired with a mentor who they will work with weekly throughout the programme. Typically, children will access between 6 and 8 weeks of 1-1 support.
