Grief Encounter is here to help with the confusion, fear, loneliness and pain, providing a lifeline to children and young people to cope with free, immediate, one-to-one support. Grief is not an easy subject to talk about or deal with internally. There really are no rules on how you are supposed to behave or get through this difficult time; however, there are several ways that this tragic time can be made easier for everyone involved.
