Females First is a wellbeing group for any woman in the community, with a focus on reducing isolation and building confidence to learn new skills, particularly for mums. We offer craft sessions, access to the gym and courses through external learning providers. Children are welcome at all of our groups and volunteers are on hand to entertain the children whilst mums participate.
As the majority of our females are mums, during the school holidays we arrange to meet up on days out, picnics in the park and visiting local attractions.
We are a welcoming group of women from all walks of life. Come along and meet us.
