Barnstondale Centre is an inclusive outdoor activity and residential centre based on the Wirral Peninsula. They are a charity, and we aim to ensure ALL children can access and benefit from outdoor education, with the belief it is the most valuable experience a child or young person can have in their early year development years.
The centre provides a natural setting for personal development through sport and adventure, study, and reflection.
Log cabins provide an atmospheric and unique accommodation experience surrounded by an extensive 15 acres of woodland.
Meadow cabin is designed specifically for visitors with multiple disabilities and is fitted with lifts, sensory areas, wet rooms and hoists.
With activity areas, multi-use rooms, sporting facilities, dining rooms, services, and free Wi-Fi, providing all you need to make an unforgettable experience. Barnstondale also offers a diverse range of exciting outdoor activities including a target hub, climbing wall, abseiling, bushcraft skills, and archery as well as indoor sports, games, arts, crafts, and theatre.
Facilities are aimed at ALL children and young people, regardless of their ability or background. Provisions enable children with disabilities to access activity days and residential experiences, alongside their friends.
