How to stay connected with those around you

Keep in touch. Schedule a phone call with a friend or family member once a week.
See friends and family face to face too, and make sure you get a hug! Physical contact can help you feel better.
Think about how you can do more to connect with your wider support network e.g. work colleagues and groups in your local community.
