Things you can try in your daily life to keep you and your family fit and healthy

  1. Walk for around 20 minutes a day e.g., walk to work or to the shops. It is a good activity to do as a family too, as you can chat as you walk.
  2. Exercise doesn’t have to be boring! Play active games, run around the park, or dance around the living room.
  3. Try a new sport or activity all the family can enjoy e.g. football, tennis or swimming.
