Meal planning

Cooking for the family can be tough! Children can be fussy eaters and sometimes not like your food, but this is completely normal. Working together as a family and trying some new things could make mealtimes a little easier.

Tips to make meal planning easier

  1. Start small. Think about the week ahead, and just think about dinners to start with.
  2. Get the family together and chat about what meals you all like. Try and make sure everyone gets something they enjoy eating.
  3. Shop ahead. Once you have an idea of what meals you are having, make a list to take to the shops and stick to the list. This will also help you save money.
