Reaseheath Mini Zoo is set in the scenic rural grounds of Reaseheath College. There is a wide variety of animals available to see at the zoo including, reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates, domestic species such as goats, alpacas, donkeys, guinea pigs and rabbits, zoo mammals such as meerkats, otters, marmosets and tamarins, porcupines and many more! During a visit there is also the opportunity to catch a keeper talk to find out more about the zoo’s collection or book one of the many zoo experiences. The zoo is used by students at the college in term time, and because of this they are only open to the public during school holidays and at weekends.
