The ‘Stage-ed’ workshops provide all participants with a detailed practical exploration of the themes and issues involved in a particular show. All the workshops have been co-created by educational specialists to target and develop the Core Skills and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills of the students involved.
The sessions are designed to be fun and fully Inclusive so that all of the students regardless of ability can access the content easily and participate all of the time. A great emphasis is placed upon working collaboratively as an ensemble to promote a positive working environment in which all student’s have the opportunity to create, and voice ideas and opinions in a safe and supportive learning situation. We believe by developing drama skills we encourage self confidence and self awareness.
Holiday Schools
Join us for a week of singing, dancing, acting, laughing, meeting friends and having fun. At the end of the week you will have the opportunity to see your stars in action as we will present a spectacular end-of-holiday camp showcase performance.
If you are reading this thinking my son/daughter or child that you care for has never done anything like this before then please don’t worry. No experience is necessary. Our amazing team of choreographers, musicians, and actors make it their mission to give youngsters a week they will never forget and build their confidence along the way.
We are proud that everything we do at Stage-ed is designed to be inclusive. We know that everyone learns at a different pace, and people face different challenges. That’s fine by us and we would love to welcome you. Each week will be different, come along join in, meet new friends, and build your confidence.
