Mentor Programme
The official LFC Foundation Mentor Programme will provide you with an opportunity to be matched with an LFC staff member or an industry professional to support and offer you a professional mentor relationship.
Over 8 employment-based sessions with your mentor, you will learn about the skills and experience needed for the workplace, as well as expanding your professional network and increasing your confidence.
Due to the nature of the programme, you might not be matched immediately with a mentor. We regularly review the mentors and mentees registered to try to find you the best match.
You must be aged 16+
NOT be in full-time employment.
Based in the Liverpool City Region.

Mentoring sessions will be held virtually via Mentorloop with optional in-person meet-ups. However, there is a mandatory in-person information session before each cohort.
