Byrne Avenue Baths is being restored and run by Byrne Avenue Trust, a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee. That means that nobody takes any profits out of the Trust. Everything that is made is used to either run the Baths, restore and maintain the Baths or put on activities and events for our local community.

Community Martial Fitness

Join us for fitness classes with a difference. Using Martial Arts Training techniques to bring accessible fitness to everyone over 8*.

It doesn’t matter how fit you are so long as you want to improve. It doesn’t matter if you have a disability so long as you can stand (even if that’s aided). You don’t have to have exercised before.

You set your pace. You do as much as you want. We will encourage you to do more but it’s always your choice.

Nobody will shout at you. Nobody will shame you. You don’t need special clothes.

Who is this aimed at?

Everyone is welcome – *8 to 14 year olds must train with an adult.
