Our Learn to Swim programme offers Swimming Lessons in Wirral for children aged 3+ months and all abilities, and is delivered by Swim England award scheme.
The programme criteria can take a child who has never been in the water before and guide them through the early stages, up to working with those who can swim but would like to develop strength and technique.
The Swim Wirral programme follows the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway. Swim Wirral is an ASA approved Provider of swimming lessons.
The Swim Wirral programme has the following lessons available at various Leisure Centres:
- Discovery Ducklings - Ages 3 months to 3 years including parent / carer interacting in the water
- Ducklings - Ages 3 - 4 years to gain confidence in the water without a parent / carer
- Stage 1 - Beginners class for aged 5 years+
Our highly experience Swim Wirral Team provide swimming lessons at all our leisure centres 7 days a week:
- Oval Leisure Centre
- Leasowe Leisure Centre
- Guinea Gap Leisure Centre
- West Kirby Concourse Leisure Centre
- Europa Pools Leisure Centre
Children aged 3+ months. All abilities welcome.
Lessons are available on various days and times, starting just after school Monday to Friday – making it easy to juggle the after-school diaries. We also have a selection of lessons available at weekends, please enquire with Swim Wirral for availability.
Lessons are offered at a number of our swimming pools 7 days a week.
