Carers Yoga – Wired

All Things Must Pass Centre for Wellness CIC, Borough Road, Wallasey

Carer Support Groups are an opportunity for carers to meet other carers and to also have a break from their caring role, Wired currently offer several Carer Support Group yoga classes which carers can access free of charge. The classes are available both face-to-face and online, exclusively for unpaid carers registered with Wired. The sessions provide a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation, offering a much-needed break and time for yourself from the responsibilities of being an unpaid carer. For the face-to-face sessions a yoga mat is provided so there is no need to bring your own. Free hot drinks are also available after the session where you will have an opportunity to have a chat to one of Wired’s carer connectors as well as other attendees. Both the face-to-face and online sessions are run simultaneously.
