Tiny Tools art sessions offer children a creative, welcoming space to explore art, express themselves and make something they can feel proud of. These sessions are much more than “arts and crafts”. They are fun, relaxed and engaging, while also being gently focused on supporting emotional regulation, anxiety, confidence, self-expression and positive connection with others.
Each session is carefully planned and method-led, helping children feel safe, seen and encouraged as they take part. All materials are included, so children simply need to come along, be themselves, get creative and enjoy making something of their own. Tiny Tools for Big Feelings exists to help children, young people, parents, and adults understand anxiety, regulate emotions, and feel safe in their bodies again.
All children are welcome
