Open in the old Stairways Club building in Birkenhead, ACF is an affordable community boxing gym.

Offering free boxing sessions for young people and free fitness sessions for those in recovery and for mental well-being.

Who is this aimed at?

Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 12 noon
