We all have moments when we doubt ourselves and need more confidence – and it’s the same for our children. We want to build our children’s confidence so that they can be all they were born to be.

Things you can try to build your child’s confidence:

  1. Teach them to be kind to themselves, for example, learning to say positive things to themselves, rather than ‘I’m an idiot’.
  2. Point out the good things.Celebrate their successes and compliment them when they do well.
  3. Try to set small challenges for them. Achieving their goals will help to increase their self-esteem.
