We’re here for anyone living with or supporting someone with ME, of any age, anywhere in the UK. We offer a range of free Support Services, alongside our holistic Healthcare Services, meaning you can access the type of the support you need, when you need it most. You are not alone.
Our vision is a world without ME.
Our mission is to improve the lives of people affected by ME. Better meeting their needs today while taking action to secure change for tomorrow.
Supporting you
- Support Services – include our Information and Support, Adults’ Advocacy, and Family Support services. Our friendly and experienced team are here to guide you through the various aspects of living with or caring for someone with ME. If you feel you would benefit from any of these services, please get in touch – we’re here to help.
- Healthcare Services – ME has a wide range of severity and symptoms, so there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. Offering individually tailored, whole-person care, supported by robust biomedical research and the 2021 NICE guideline on ME/CFS, our holistic Healthcare Services are here to support you in whatever way is right for you as an individual physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
- Living with ME – People with ME can vary enormously in their experience of the illness, and also how long their symptoms last. But don’t worry, we’ve got lots of free, useful information and resources that you can use to help you in living with all aspects of your ME.
- Resources – Finding the right information to help you living with your ME can be difficult but don’t worry, we have a range of free, helpful resources available to you. Whether you’re looking for more information on managing your ME, getting a diagnosis, or talking to friends and family about ME – you’ll find it on our website.
- Join our Community – We’re dedicated to offering support for people living with ME and know just how isolating the condition can be. Through our friendly ME Friends Online forum for adults, and Young People’s Community and forum for young people, you can find friendship and peer-support with others who understand what it’s like to live with the illness.
