Some signs that may signal an eating disorder:
under eating or over eating (bingeing on food)
secrecy around eating behaviours
obsessive thoughts about food, eating or weight
fear or avoidance of food
excessive exercising
noticeable weight loss or weight gain
lack of energy
hair loss
