How to look after your own wellbeing and mental health

  1. Keep in touch. Find a friend, family member or someone else you trust and talk to them about how you’re doing.
  2. Try to do something active everyday, even if it’s just a brisk walk on the school run! Getting outside and getting your body moving has loads of benefits, including helping you feel better.
  3. Have a balanced diet, with fresh fruit and vegetables. Keeping your body healthy also helps you feel better emotionally.
