Top tips for pregnancy

  1. See your doctor or midwife. As soon as you find out you are pregnant, make an appointment to see your doctor.
  2. Look after yourself and your baby. Follow the advice of your midwife and doctor to keep you and your baby healthy.
  3. Think about your birth plan. Discussing a birth plan with your midwife gives you the chance to ask questions and find out more about what happens in labour.
