Tips for your journey

  1. Do what works for you. People will suggest ideas and tell you what they did, but you know best what will work for you and your baby.
  2. Get ready for weaning. By the time your baby is around 6 months they will need more than breast milk or formula. This is when you start introducing solid food as well as the breast milk or formula.
  3. Keep trying! It may take 10 tries or more to get your baby used to new flavours and textures. Don’t worry, this is perfectly normal.
