ZOOP is a collaboration between Open Door Charity, Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP), Happy Times Activities, RAWD (Random Acts of Wildness Disability), Be Well Learning and Resilient (NW) CIC. We have come together to create an autism hub. The purpose of the hub will be to offer a range of activities that anyone aged 18+ on the waiting list, can access to support their mental wellbeing while they are waiting for assessment.
The purpose of this form is to express interest in attending ZOOP sessions, after you submit this form, a member of the Autism Engagement Team will get in contact with you to share the timetable of upcoming activities and services on offer, with more details on how to access the sessions you are interested in. There is no obligation to attend any sessions after signing up to ZOOP, and if you change your mind and don’t want to hear anymore about ZOOP, just let us know by email and we can stop any further contact.
