The Living Well Service is built on the principles of listening to communities and meeting their needs by bringing the right services to them. The service, delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, operates on a fully drop-in basis. It offers all routine NHS immunisations, including COVID-19 vaccinations, health checks and mental health support.
This spring, the NHS is offering eligible patients a dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. This will be provided at all Living Well sessions from Tuesday 1 April to Tuesday 17 June 2025.
The service is available to all adults and children
Friday 25th April – Asda, Seaview Road, Wallasey, Wirral CH45 4NZ from 10:30am to 4pm
Monday 28th April – Twickenham Drive, Leasowe, Wirral CH46 2QE from 10:30am to 4pm
Thursday 1st May – Asda, Woodchurch Road, Woodchurch, Wirral CH49 5PD from 10:30am to 4pm
Tuesday 13th May – Age UK Wirral, Meadowcroft Wellbeing Hub, 304 Spital Road, Bromborough, Wirral CH62 2DE from 10:30am to 1pm
Tuesday 13th May – Age UK Wirral, Devonshire Centre, 141 Park Road North, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 0DD from 1:30pm to 4pm
Wednesday 14th May – Wirral Multicultural Organisation, 111 Conway Street, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 4AF from 10:30am to 4pm
Thursday 22nd May – Asda, Seaview Road, Wallasey, Wirral CH45 4NZ from 10:30am to 4pm
