Talent Match Plus is part-funded by the European Social Fund and the Youth Employment Initiative.
Talent Match is an exciting, creative and innovative programme that will develop real skills and open up opportunities for young people. The programme offers intensive support through a dedicated Intensive Mentor who will develop a personalised pathway programme for each young person. We challenge young people to become motivated and inspired, building on their existing skills, knowledge and interest.
A dedicated Intensive Mentor will guide you on your journey, by developing a personalised pathway programme with you and providing one-to-one support. You will be challenged, motivated and inspired; you will grow and build your existing skills, knowledge and interests. The mentor will also provide support with ID and birth certificates.
Many of the young people we work with will have a wide range of issues and needs, and we work with each person individually and intensively, for as long as we need to, to guide you on your personalised pathway to education, and employment and into a positive destination.
As well as providing opportunities to gain qualifications and new work experiences we also have links to real employers, we will also provide pre-employment and post-employment support, as this is a vital element in enabling you to remain in the workplace and continue to identify career progressions.
Young people aged 16 to 29 years old in Wirral who are long term NEET (Not in education, employment or training for 6 months).
