The Life Tree has a passion to provide practical and emotional support for anyone who needs it, and we will do so with love and compassion, from our family to yours.
We are working in partnership with Quirky Cafe in Hoylake to provide cooked meals, packed lunches, snacks and support packs (store cupboard food/toiletries/baby stuff etc) to those who are struggling or just need a bit of a helping hand.
To request support for yourself, or to nominate someone you care about, please message us and we will do all we can to provide love, compassion and practical support.
Quirky Teens and Tweens
Quirky Teens and Tweens is a self-esteem, confidence, resilience and mindfulness workshop.
This group is something very close to my heart. As a mum of a child that suffers with self-esteem and confidence issues I wanted to set up this workshop for teens that are feeling the same.
The lady who runs this workshop is amazing and works very closely with children who struggle on a daily basis with these issues.
The workshop lasts for 6 weeks.
If your teen or tween would like to join us we would love to see you. Please book ahead, as places are limited. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.
