My Baby Club
This sessions covers: Practical aspects of caring for your new baby, including nappy changing, cord care, baby bathing and hygiene, and what to pack in your hospital bag. The session also covers baby bonding, supporting mental health, feeding support, safer sleep and ICON.
This session is held in community venues, in a relaxed and informal setting and run by our Maternity Support Worker team.
